Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at nadxhieli. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the things we build. We also want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you explore, evaluate and purchase our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on nadxhieli. We will be as brief as our lawyers allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or purchase on nadxhieli, you agree to the terms set out below along with the Policy.

If there is any problem with what you purchased, caused by us, you have 2 weeks to issue a refund and return it. since there is no refund if the error is yours.

If you wish to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the following guidelines:

The package must be returned with the original purchase receipt.

First of all, the product must be in the packaging we sent.

 

💚 As all of our t-shirts are custom printed and made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or change of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve any issues you have.

Refunds

We strive to serve our customers with the best products. Every product you choose is carefully inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to make sure you fall in love with our products.

Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the products you choose in stock or we may have issues with our inventory and quality control. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about this in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased through online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out extensive quality control before processing the ordered item. We take great care when packaging the product. At the same time, we make sure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged during transportation. Please note that nadxhieli is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or transportation.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if you follow the guidelines mentioned above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.

 

Shipment

Nadxhieli is not responsible for return shipping costs. Each shipment must be paid for by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer must pay for shipping in return.
